We accept returns for most items purchased on our website, provided they meet the following conditions:

- **Condition**: Items must be **unused**, **unworn**, and in their original condition. All **tags** and **labels** must remain attached.
- **Packaging**: The item must be returned in its original packaging (e.g., dust bags, boxes, etc.), unless the item is defective or damaged.
  
### 2. **Non-Returnable Items**

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

- Items marked as **final sale** or **non-returnable** at the time of purchase.
- **Personalized** or **customized** items.
- Items that have been **worn**, **washed**, or **altered**.
- **Gift cards** or **store credits**.

For hygiene reasons, **intimate apparel** or **swimwear** may not be returned unless the item is defective or damaged.

### 3. **Return Process**

To return an item, please follow these steps:

4. **Ship Your Return**: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a **tracked shipping service** and retaining your proof of postage. Noble Essence is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

### 4. **Return Shipping Costs**

- **Domestic Returns**: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.
  
- **International Returns**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
